Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery costs are not included in your order total. They are quoted after purchase and paid separately by the customer.

Pickup is free, by appointment, in Mount Washington, Los Angeles. The address is sent by email once your order is placed.

Local delivery and long-distance delivery are coordinated and paid for by the customer. You book a mover or carrier of your choice, or ask us and we will send names of companies other customers have used. We will work with you and the carrier to help facilitate.

Smalls, decor and art are packed by us. We quote the cost after purchase, and the piece ships once that is settled.

Works of art and especially fragile pieces need more protective packing and careful handling. This is reflected in the shipping cost.

International shipping is offered on select items. Please email hello@sojournvintage.com before purchasing so we can arrange it together.

All items shipped or delivered by third-party carriers and movers travel at the customer's risk. Any claim must be filed directly with the carrier or mover.
